What is the ZeroToYogi Challenge?

The ZeroToYogi Challenge takes all excuses out of starting a regular yoga practice. Over the course of a month, we hold your hand from the very first session, so there is nothing scary or to feel silly about. You are grouped with all beginners and progress together, forming an instant support system as well as a yoga habit that will encourage a healthy lifestyle for years to come.
